According to the AUBreader who sent this in, Emmanuel Olayinka Kolawole was shot dead by a Nigerian Police Officer, Ejigbo division Lagos, on the 14th of June 2013.

A party was going on when a fight occurred between some police officers and people living around the area, Emmanuel who was just passing by shot dead.
